Quiet hotel, I loved its nice location.

I really liked the coolness of the air conditioning and the feeling of the tile/marble floor in the single room. Some of the selected rooms even have a balcony, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view. Satellite TV in the single room is a bonus for entertainment. The free WiFi in the 1-star rooms allows guests to stay connected. The presence of a desk in each room is helpful, especially for those who need to work during their stay. The wardrobe in the rooms provides ample storage space for belongings.

Personally, I found that I liked less the tile/marble floor in the single room.

The hotel's location near the train station was convenient. I was able to easily access transportation to explore the city and surrounding areas. there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff, especially Bassem, were always helpful and accommodating. They even allowed me to store my luggage while I explored on my final day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Nice. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station and close to all the tourist attractions. Cleanliness was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and even keeping my luggage for several hours. I also appreciated the reliable WiFi and the rare luxury of air conditioning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Despite being above the street, it is quiet at night. There is a magnificent boulangerie just across the street. Additionally, the hotel is close to Nice Ville train station and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.
